I’ll fast forward past the corporate burnout part of the story, because I think we all know it too well. Just a short six months later —

Imagine a Monday that starts with a long swim in the Aegean Sea.

A Google Maps with hundreds of saved coffee shops in dozens of countries.

Eating fresh, NATURAL, nutritious food for cheap, daily. Walking everywhere, with no personal bills except a cell phone, and a storage unit somewhere in Brooklyn.

Healthcare for mere euros. Travel expenses cheaper than living expenses.

Booking trips for no less than 3 months. Never having to change the sheets or clean the hotel room.

Since learning passive income, I've explored my long-beloved Paris, the Dalmatian Coast, the Turkish riviera, Berlin, all over California, ancient and iconic Rome, and beautiful Bordeaux.

I’m taking off to Costa Rica and California again right after launching this course.

I've drank wine with new faces that are now old friends. I met the iconic Turkish musician and inventor of the fretless guitar, Erkan Oğur just before he serenaded the Jazz Festival under the setting sun of the Kas Yacht Club lawn.

I’ve spent dreamy nights on the banks of the River Seine — ones that always have a way of becoming early mornings in the cafe across the street.

I can order food and say hello in a dozen languages at least.

I've hosted hometown friends in faraway places. I drank wine on the Malibu coast with my mom.

I learned how to code and became a reiki healer.

I traversed the rolling hills of the Caucus mountainside for hours, left alone with just my thoughts and a real prayer the bus driver knows how to navigate the cliffside turns. I took the most stunning train ride through the Austrian Alps. I flew over the Dolomites as the sun glittered against the massive alpine mountain tops.

I sailed to Croatia overnight, awoken to the sunrise as we wove between the islands. It was in this quiet, breezy moment that I experienced the peak of inner peace and natural beauty in my life thus far.

Thousands of miles away from anyone I knew — I realized my life had truly changed forever. With a hot coffee in my hand and the most stunning vision before my eyes, a simple celebration of one took place. I will never forget this moment.

I've unlocked the deepest levels of inspiration, independence and joy. Ones I’d spent a lifetime(s) hoping to find.

My favorite moments are the early mornings — a long walk to the cafe, pulling a pomegranate straight from the streetside tree.

I love watching the neighborhood dogs get the zoomies in the ocean before the seaside village wakes up.

This is my passive income. My mental health needed this. My life needed this. And my one to one client relationships have benefited immensely from this up-level too.

Passive income is my freedom — and you get to choose what that freedom means to you. Maybe it’s pulling the kids out of daycare to stay home (or abroad) with them instead, or to pay off student loans faster, or to scale back your one to one client schedule and significantly raise your rates.
